Anyone
who has the pleasure of meeting Camille Smith would have to be convinced
that this young lady is just 18 years old. She is the epitome of a
triple threat, complete with brains, beauty, and a whole lot of talent.
Camille
began singing at the age of 8, singing solos in church and the school
choir. She went on to receive voice training from Barbara Schapp of the
Juliard Performing Institute in New York City at the same time enrolling
in numerous Hip/Hop and Jazz Dance classes in order to become a more
well -rounded performer. Camille lists Lauryn Hill, Mariah Carey,
Whitney Houston, Beyonce and Janet Jackson as artists who have inspired.

Performances -
- New Years Eve 2005
celebration – was on stage with Jamie Foxx at the Delano.
- The only artist
chosen to attend the 2004 Grammy’s from her region.
- MTV 2004 Rock the
Vote Awards.
- Opened for P-Diddy
at his Winter Music Conference 2004 at Club Pure in Miami, as well
as in 2003 at Skybar in the Shore Club on South Beach.
- Private kick-off
party for Britney Spears in South Beach.
- Democratic
convention in the city of Boston in 2004.
- The Shore Club every
night during the MTV’s Video Music Awards.
- The Source Awards
Weekend 2003 - Camille opened for Ginuine and Jagged Edge at Opium
Garden on South Beach as well as Cash Money Millionaires at the
Level Nightclub.
- Early 2003 -
Supermodel Shakira’s birthday party at Skybar Miami and at
Beyonce’s "Crazy in Love" Album Release Party in Miami
in June 2003.
- The grand opening of
Crobar New York in December 2003.
Camille
is presently recording in the studio with many world renowned
songwriters, performers, and producers -
Tricky Stewart: (Song
writer and Producer). Worked with artists such as Maya, Britney
Spears, Madonna, and Gwen Stefani.
J.Q: (Writer). Currently
works with American Idol winner Fantasia, contributed to Grammy
nominated single "Yeah" by Usher featuring Lil’ Jon and
Ludacris.
Pooh Bear: (Writer).
Wrote songs for 112, Pink, Fantasia, worked on the current hit single
"Caught Up" by Usher.
Tab Nkhereanye:
(Writer). Worked with Britney Spears and Madonna.
Zeke: (Writer).
Contributed to artists like Luther Vandross.
J.Que., Pooh Bear, Tab,
and Zeek all collaborated on "Baby Steps", Pooh Bear alos
wrote Camille an additional untitled single.
