| BIO
Born in Brooklyn. Bred in Queens.
She inherited the name "LOE" during her childhood
years; short for "Lorraine", but represents Love
Of Earth.
LOE
now makes her home in our Nation’s Capitol. It was a basketball
scholarship, to the University of the District of Columbia, which
lured her from New York to Washington, D.C.
With her style compared to that of
Queen Latifah and MC Lyte, LOE stands alone with her
impressive and descriptive lyrics. After writing a myriad of songs
that entail the many journeys through life, it is clear that LOE’s
mission resides in her music. Musically, LOE has been
influenced by recording artists such as "A Tribe Called
Quest," "MC Lyte," and "Queen Latifah."
This Sagittarian has performed at various local talent showcases, as well as performing for the Black Family Reunion, Howard University's Homecoming, and Darryl "Too Sweet" Coley boxing match.
With her witty ideas, tongue twisting lyrics, and
mouth-watering song titles, let's see how low
LOE can really go!
